Job Title              : ACADEMIC & ADMIN COORDINATOR

Job Type             : Part Time – Second half (Monday to Saturday from 3 pm to 8 pm)

Job Description :

Require a dynamic person, to interact with Students on regular basis and also support general office activities

Can work as Student relationship officer

HR Activity support

Should be able to guide and supervise students for completion of their assignments.

Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.

Co-ordinate with all teachers for smooth conduction of classes (Regular & Extra).

Handling assigned administrative responsibilities

Candidate has to monitor the task given by the teachers for students of Class 8, 9, 10 & 11

Design & implement education programs for the academic improvement of the students.

Coordinating implementation status of academic plans with various teachers and compiling status reports

Drive impact assessment; identify areas of improvement and remedial action

Coordination work with Faculty and Students and other academic administration work

Study Material Content Management

Document sorting & filing : Notes, Question Papers, Files

Some typing work in MS Word/ Excel

Printing – Notes, Question papers and other documents

Student Marksheet updation in Excel (Data Entry)

Supervision & Co-ordination of General activities and of support staff

Notice Board updation

Library Book Management

Offline data for website updation

Other Miscellaneous tasks

Required Competencies:

Basic knowledge of MS word Excel

Should have fair knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Maths so that candidate can handle the students easily.

Good communication skill.

Should have capabilities to motivate and encourage students

A quick learner

Can Plan & Execute Various activities
